Is online giving secure?
Yes, all account information you enter is secure. No one has access to your data unless authorized by you.
Are there any hidden charges or fees?
No. You select the dollar amount for your gift. That is the dollar amount that will be recognized as your donation. No costs or fees.
What is a contribution schedule?
This is similar to a subscription. You can choose how often you would like an automatic donation to be made – one-time, weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
Can I designate my gift to a particular department or ministry?
Every dollar given to our General Fund is used to support the overall mission of the church; therefore, gifts cannot be designated or restricted for use by a specific department or ministry. This is true for any kind of donation to the church, not just online giving. In the future, we expect to expand our online giving to enable you to pay for events like student trips and to purchase items, such as journals.
When is the contribution charged to my account or card?
Transactions usually take 2-3 business days, so contributions scheduled on Friday through Sunday may not show up on your account until early the following week.
What if I want to change my online giving or stop it?
Should you desire to change or cancel your online giving, you can do so through the "account management" feature of the online giving system. You're in total control - of when and how much you give! Once you start, you can stop at any time.
If I sign up to give online are you going to email me all the time?
No! We won’t bury you with unwanted email or pester you to give more. We may email you VERY periodically, but you can opt out of those messages at any time.
